PropertyAlert.uk provides UK property data analysis tools including planning application alerts, below-market-value property scoring, listing analysis, and related services. Data is sourced from publicly available government datasets including Land Registry Price Paid Data, the Energy Performance Certificate register, and planning.data.gov.uk.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Data Accuracy

Property data, scores, and analysis provided by PropertyAlert.uk are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data. Land Registry data may be up to 3 months behind actual transactions. Investment scores are algorithmic estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

PropertyAlert.uk does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All content is for informational purposes only. Always seek independent professional advice before making property investment decisions. PropertyAlert.uk may receive referral fees from partner services. This does not affect our analysis or recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eightfinity Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of PropertyAlert.uk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@propertyalert.uk.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
