• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card details or payment credentials
• Security data: IP address, login history, browser/device information (for fraud prevention and security logging)
• Communications: emails and messages you send us

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate your account and the PropertyAlert service
• To send transactional emails (trial reminders, deal alerts, account notices) via Resend
• To process payments via Stripe
• To improve the service through aggregated, anonymised usage analysis
• To maintain security (login history, session management, abuse prevention)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
