What is BMV scoring?
BMV (Below Market Value) scoring benchmarks every listed property against Land Registry sold prices for the same postcode sector and property type. A score above 7 typically indicates a motivated seller or underpriced listing.
How does Photo Condition Scoring work?
We fetch listing photos from Rightmove and analyse each one using AI vision to detect condition signals: dated fixtures, damp, single glazing, structural concerns and more. The score (1-10) reflects overall property condition from photos alone.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We store only your email, postcode and subscription status - no financial data, no bank details, no documents. All property analysis is read-only from public sources.
Do you cover all of the UK?
We cover England and Wales with 99.3% postcode coverage. Scotland and Northern Ireland use different Land Registry systems and are not currently supported.
